Firing up my PS3 to play “The Forgotten Sands” was a blast. This game still holds up pretty well and is a fun platformer. Some of the controls are a bit wonky but for the most part, I enjoyed the powers in this game and found the game to be a fun challenge. I have only played one other “Prince of Persia” game so I don’t have a lot to compare it to, but this one does make me want to check out older titles as well as makes me want a future game in this franchise on the current generation of consoles. Overall, it is a fast and enjoyable game that’s light on story, but big on fun.
