“A Plague Tale: Innocence” has a really good story and unique gameplay. I liked the game’s stealth design and the tools the game eventually gives you are really interesting and fun to use. I liked most of this game, but there is a section in the last chapter that is insanely frustrating and eventually made me quit. The game is not designed for close combat and all of a sudden that sequence focuses on it. I ended up watching the last 30-40 minutes of the game on a walkthrough online just to see what happens in the story. I think this is a very good game that could have been a lot better if the design choices were improved in some of its final missions. Nonetheless, this is a great game to check out for story fans that also have some unique and engaging gameplay.
