I had the pleasure of seeing “The King’s Jester” live in Dallas, Tx last year. I was ecstatic to revisit the show once it hit Netflix and found myself enjoying it almost as much. I do feel that there is a certain magic to seeing live comedy, but this show is just so well written. The jokes land and the storytelling and topics it covers are handled really creatively. I think “Homecoming King” is among my favorite comedy specials of all time, and this one still manages to come close. Overall, this special only furthers my love for Hasan Minhaj and I am always waiting to see what this brilliant comedian does next.
