When I first heard of “This Is Us,” I did not imagine it to become a series I would grow to love so deeply. This is a beautiful show that grabbed me from the very first episode. Its heartfelt storylines feel real and the characters are wonderfully thought out. The show is often sad, but it always remains hopeful and uplifting. I enjoyed the cast in this series and think the storytelling is just brilliant, and I’m hard-pressed to think of any truly bad episodes. I think the quality dips just slightly in the 5th season, but even then it is still a fantastic show. I also think the ending was good, but it probably could have explored just a couple of things. That being said, it’s a phenomenal drama series that I’m sad to see go, but am so glad I went on the journey with, and one that I now consider one of my all-time favorite TV series.
