On paper, “Katana Zero” shouldn’t be a game I necessarily enjoy. It’s challenging and can require a lot of patience. However, I found myself enjoying the mechanics and repetitive nature of the game. The levels are usually a reasonable size and it was satisfying whenever I found the solution to them. The game is stylish and a very solid side scroller with a fairly cool story and world. Overall, it is a neat game with unique mechanics and is a lot of fun at every turn.
