“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” is a solid addition to the Marvel universe. The show is a bit more straightforward than “WandaVision” was but I think it works for these characters and storylines. The show takes on social commentary a lot more than superhero stories do, and that’s why some of the reception has been a bit mixed. I personally enjoyed some of the bold topics it covered and thought there was plenty of action to keep it going. The show does feel a bit inconsistent in its pacing but for the most part, I was interested to see where it would go next and by the series finale, I am invested to see what is next for the characters involved, which means the story did its job.
