I reached a mission in “Death Stranding” that caused me to put the game on hold for a while. However, I have finished most of the game and think I have enough of a feel to evaluate what I have played so far. This is a game that divided many people and it is easy to see why. The gameplay is pretty slow paced and repetitive, but the intriguing premise and gorgeous landscape make it easier to play. There is something beautiful at the game’s center, but I can’t say the game is without flaws. I wish there were more of the action oriented missions in the game but for the most part you are just going from point A to point B. Overall, it is a unique game that is interesting, but feels short of something exceptional as it could have been.
