I’ve always been fascinated by the character of Sherlock Holmes. I think the BBC series, “Sherlock,” was a unique and modern take on the character. The first three seasons in this show are exceptional, presenting many wonderful episodes with great story arcs. I did feel the show lost its touch a bit in the fourth season, but it still had its moments. Considering that a vast majority of this show features many high quality 90 minute episodes, I would say it did a good job overall. I liked the pairing of Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman and thoroughly enjoyed their performances. The show is a lot of fun for the most part and one of the better shows out there.
