Dave Chappelle is one of the most influential voices of our generation, and this 30-minute special available to everyone is a reminder of that. I think it is important that everyone sits down and watches this short special. I don’t think you should watch it expecting straight-up comedy, because it is definitely more of social commentary. However, the social commentary is something that is so relevant that I think everyone should take some time out of their day to check this special out. It demands to be seen urgently and can spark the right conversations if more people watch it.
*I am not giving this special a star rating, because I don’t feel like I can judge it the way I look at most stand up. I simply want to bring attention to it because it is very important.*
