Although Hannah Gadsby’s well-known special, “Nanette,” came out in 2018, I just had the pleasure of watching it recently. I thought it was a one of a kind comedy special that showcased what stand up can be as an art form. I thought “Douglas” was a great follow up. This special is more comedy focused but it is still full of great topics that are fueled by Gadsby’s powerful voice. If you like her previous special, I think this follow up is a great way to spend your time.
