This Netflix adaptation of the beloved book series is very good. I feel that for the most part, the show captures the look, tone, and feel of the books exceptionally well. This is primarily due to fantastic casting choices for all of the characters. I wish this show came out when I was in middle school while I was avidly reading the books because I probably would have loved it even more. However, it was a welcome trip down memory lane revisiting these odd yet strangely addictive stories. Fans of the book series cannot miss this show, it is the best adaptation the story has seen to date.
