This spin-off/sequel to the beloved “Uncharted” series is definitely an enjoyable experience. I think the side characters the game chooses to focus on are fun and it’s nice to see them carry a story, even if they lack the charisma of someone like Nathan Drake. I think the gameplay carries familiar beats that I’ve grown to love such as high octane action scenes, exploration, and well thought out puzzles. I do feel that the story fails to stand out when compared to the rest of the series though. It is a pretty straightforward treasure hunt story and there aren’t many layers to it. It also is extremely short and will certainly not last particularly long. It is still a blast to play through and I recommend it for big fans of the series, like myself.
