“The Last of Us” is another example of why Naughty Dog might be the best in the business right now. While my personal preference is the “Uncharted” series, this game is still a knockout. It is fueled by an incredibly profound and compelling story. The gameplay is slow paced and realistic but it is always great to play since the story is so captivating. As a whole, this game is great but I’m not sure it is the masterpiece many say it is. However, the story is definitely masterful and you know you’re in for something different from the powerful opening scene. It’s a very cinematic experience and if you like games with excellent storytelling, you can’t miss this one.
